He works with families and organizations throughout the US and Canada and frequently speaks at conferences. He uses humor and music in interactive sessions such as improving workplace communication, building relationships, employee support and retention, re-thinking “challenging behavior”, and practicing and teaching mindfulness and stress-reduction.
